ROAD TRIP CONTEST

Well, we've been loving all your photos on Facebook from the Roadtrip!  
We are so grateful to those of you who came out!



HERE ARE THE RULES FOR SUBMISSION:  
Please email EVERLEAGUE@ROCKETMAIL.COM to receive your submission template.
- Your subject line must read "Request Submission Forms"
- An email with other subject line will be deleted
- Your email must be empty.  We only need your email address and the subject line.



You may:
- Paste the template into your own graphics program
- Print out the template, hand-paste in your photos and scan the page back into your computer for email
- Recreate this template in your own computer graphics program (must look the same)


Please add your photos in each square and fill in the location with the corresponding photo.  You may use as many of these pages as you need.  Also, please fill out the Cover Sheet form to include your address and contact information. 



To submit:
Please email your completed forms to EVERLEAGUE@ROCKETMAIL.COM
OR
You may email a LINK to a site where your forms are posted (a blog or external website)

The subject line of your email must read: 
Roadtrip - (your team name here) Team
For example: "Roadtrip - Mississippi Mamas Team"

Winners will be determined on the most stops visited from our list.  

First Place 
group will receive one of each per person: 
Signed & personalized poster, Autographed t-shirt, autographed b-tracks cd.  Also, the winning group will get personal phone call from Everly and a video greeting from Everly congratulating you will be posted on our site.  (For the phone call, we will be calling ONE number, so get your group together if you can, or be ready to conference everyone else in-- you will have to do this.)

Second place 
group will win:
Autographed Everly posters & t-shirts and personalized postcards from South Dakota.

Third place 
will receive:
Signed Everly T-shirts.

Prizes will also be given for:
- BEST ROADTRIP PHOTO
- BEST CONCERT PHOTO
- BEST TEAM NAME
- BEST ROADTRIP STORY (from this trip)

Road trippers...

Hey guys! Just a heads up, we will be posting guidelines for how to submit your photos or videos for the road-trip contest in a few days! I'm (joy) still traveling and Amber is tidying up some post-show business. Hopefully we'll get everything up this weekend, so stay tune and save your photos!!

ROAD TRIPPING IT!

HEY KIDS!  This is our temporary blog!
(you, know, until we get a fancy, schmancy one that will impress everybody)

This first post is all about the ROAD TRIP to SOUTH DAKOTA!
Here is our first list of stops for you, and here are...

THE RULES:
- You choose 10 stops from the list based on your location and the direction you'll be heading.
- You must take a photo of yourself in front of each stop to prove that you were actually there.
- Bonus points for getting the scavenger item from each location (coming soon)
- There will be a few different levels of "Winner", but detailed instructions for how to submit your Road Trip pics/videos for a prize will follow shortly.
             
There will be another stop list coming soon for those of you coming from different directions.
